Tonari no Kyuuketsuki-san Manga reveals the cover of Volume 7

On the official page for the manga series written and illustrated by Amatou, Tonari no Kyuuketsuki-santhe cover of the seventh compilation volume was unveiled, which will be released in Japan on August 27th.

Amatou started publishing the manga in the magazine Comic Cune from the publisher Media factory since August 2014 which was originally just a brochure added to the magazine Monthly comic alive Until it was founded as a magazine in August 2015. In August 2019 the publisher published the sixth compilation volume.

The piece also inspired a twelve-episode anime adaptation produced by Studio Gokumi in collaboration with studios AXsiZ, Headed by Noriyaki Akitaya and scripts from Tatsuya Takahashi, released in October 2018. So far there is no evidence of the production of a second season.

Synopsis of Tonari no Kyuuketsuki-san

The plot is about a student named Akari Amano who, after getting lost in a forest, is saved by a vampire girl named Sophie. From that moment on, Akari begins to take an interest in Sophie, who prefers to enjoy her solitude rather than live with her.
