  • Mari Fujino ((Dororo) of Studio Pablo is responsible for the artistic direction with the assistant of Ken Hashimoto as a painter.
  • The lead singer and guitarist of the band Went to Nang Boyz, Kazunobu Mineta wrote the lyrics for the title track entitled "Shonen Shoujo".

Sonny Boy Synopsis

The science fiction drama revolves around thirty-six boys and girls.
