When it comes to epic battles, Demon Hunter is the anime that has been thought of first lately. Even with just one full season under its belt, the series has consistently wowed fans with its animation.
This was particularly confirmed when going to the cinema Mugen train made its film debut, and its second season promised to live up to fans’ expectations when it came out last year. Now, Tanjiro stepped on the gas pedal to try keep that promise.
The new episode of the anime was released on Sunday. And in Demon Slayer 2×13, fans saw Tanjiro continue to counter an upgraded Daki in the middle of the Red Light District. After that, however, things quickly got out of hand Daki massacred dozens of civilians.
This particular moment pushed Tanjiro to the limit and his anger drove him to it Unlock a power like we’ve never seen before. If you’ve watched the new Demon Slayer episode, you know that Tanjiro tried to fight Daki with renewed vigor after she slaughtered civilians.

All of Tanjiro’s efforts causes his eyes to bleed, giving him a truly terrifying look and emphasizing the mysterious scar seen several times in Demon Slayer. The swordsman continues to use his fire-based breath to destroy every single gang of Daki, Ma can’t do the last hit. The damage Tanjiro has inflicted on himself is reaching its limit before he can deal the final blow to Daki, so it’s up to Nezuko’s new form to intervene in Demon Slayer 2×13.
Clearly the Demon Slayer season 2 has finally exploded with that fight, and Ufotable did it justice with its beautiful animations. From now on, Season 2 promises to be a fast-paced adventure, so fans can look forward to more moments like this.
