Concern over the bloody culling game organized by Kenjaku has led Yuji and Megumi to a fighting club run by Kinji Hakari, a third year student whom they want to seek an alliance for the tournament. In Chapter 156 of Jujutsu Kaisen, now at Manga Plus, however, the focus was on his partner Kirara.
While Yuji has open conversations with Kinji Hakari, in the studio from which he directs the clashes of the club, on the roof of the same building Megumi and Panda have a rather complex fight with Kirara. After initial speculation about Kirara’s abilities, which, thanks to Megumi’s careful observations, initially resembled Satoru Gojo’s Limitless technique, it was revealed the extraordinary nature of the girl’s technique.
In view of the reason for the suspension of the Tokyo Institute of Occult Arts due to the differences with the Conservative faction, it was expected that the techniques Kirara and Kinji used would prove to be quite unique. While Hakari only makes subway doors appear out of nowhere to embarrass Yuji, the girl develops a strategy that can even stop Megumi’s Shikigami.
It is precisely Fushiguro who, studying the movements on the battlefield, begins to hypothesize about the opponent’s technique. The power in question concerns the stars with which Kirara marks her enemiesthat form a kind of constellation.
