The next episodes of Pokémon exploration will bring back some of the most iconic characters from the animated franchise and delight longtime fans. In fact, over the course of the following episodes, we will review Ash’s old team, as well as some of the companions and rivals who contributed to his personal growth.
The next saga of Pokémon Explorations will have the legendary trainer encounter some of the monsters he captured during his time ten year adventureas well as the travel companion of the Pokémon series: Black and White Iris.
Not only that, as expected by Twitter user Anipoke Fandom, in episode 68 of the animated series the Ash’s first rivalwho pushed him to become the best trainer and explore the Kanto region in search of ever stronger Pokémon.
Let’s talk about Gary Oak, Son of Professor Oak, who first appeared on the first-ever historical episode of the anime. Unlike Ash, who was forced to be given a Pikachu, Gary was able to choose his first travel companion, a Squirtle, which quickly transformed into a Blastoise.
It’s been over a decade since Gary last showed up. During this period, he may have revolutionized his team with several interesting additions. During the episode titled “Rivals for Go?! The Road to Mew !!” we’ll find out if Gary has also traveled to different regions of the world and which Pokémon caught it. Most of all, it will be interesting to find out if Gary and Ash will fight again or if this honorable challenge will be left to Go. Meanwhile, the second generation of Pokémon has invaded Kyoto.
