A few moments ago it was confirmed that the winter anime schedule will be enriched with I’m Standing on a Million Lives, the new Isekai from Maho film (If it was for my daughter, I would even defeat a demon lord) from the manga of Naoki Yamakawa and Akinari Nao. At the beginning of the article you can watch the first trailer with English subtitles.

The first season of the anime will consist of 12 episodes, and will air October 2020. The animation studio confirmed through the contribution visible below that the production showed no delays due to the health emergency and that the consequences were completed about three months in advance.

The manga is still being serialized Bessatsu Shonen magazine and there are 9 tankobons available, a tenth will see the light of day by the end of the year. For those who are not familiar with the work, remember that Kodansha publisher describes the plot as follows: “Student Yusuke Yotsuya is a lonely boy who doesn’t mind going to school or having friends. His only escape is video games. One day, however, Yusuke will not be ready to be transported to another world with two beautiful companions, and will have to work to save not only his life, but that of millions of other people as well“.

The anime was always scheduled for October 2020, but after the pandemic broke out Persistent corridor rumors spoke of a delay in 2021. Today the studio confirmed the month of publication again and decidedly rejected the possibility of slipping.
