In the comments section, the platform noted that the application is only available for Android devices and not for mobile devices in general. Therefore, new updates will be released shortly.
The platform was only launched in November 2020 in its browser version for Mexico and Brazil. According to notices released in recent months, Funimation in Mexico comprised more than 200 series and more than 1,500 hours of content between films and anime episodes, with some selected content translated into Latin with dubbing.
In terms of subscription costs for “Premium Plus”, the platform lists a monthly plan of 99.00 Mexican pesos and an annual plan of 990.00 Mexican pesos. With this plan, users can enjoy ad-free shows as well as five simultaneous devices within the same account and access to the shows Simulcast (parallel broadcasts with Japan) at the time of publication. Regarding the latter, it should be noted that the platform recently issued a statement stating this for the time being do not have the option to offer the content at the same time as Japan.
