Big news for manga fans: Akita Shoten's press release has just dropped a bombshell. The beloved manga 'Plus-Sized Elf', penned by Synecdoche, is set to enchant the anime scene this year. Ayasa Itou will voice Elfuda, the charmingly curvy elf protagonist, with more juicy details yet to come.

The manga, a digital hit since December 2016, faced a hiatus but made a comeback in Akita Shoten's Dokedomo Young Champion in October 2021. Fans have been following the collected volumes, eagerly awaiting each release.

The tale of 'Plus-Sized Elf' wrapped up on Web Comic Gum with its 45th chapter on February 24, 2021. The story continued briefly on Twitter with chapters 46 and 47, concluding with volume 8 on November 18, 2021.
