In a buzzing concert in Japan, fans of Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol were thrilled with a groundbreaking announcement. A new trilogy of films will soon hit the screens, promising to wrap up the anime's beloved narrative. The first film is set to premiere on September 16th, offering a fresh experience for enthusiasts.

Following the anime's two seasons and the OVA, Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club Next Sky, the trilogy will unfold. A promotional image has already sparked excitement, teasing what's to come in this anticipated cinematic journey.

Adding to the hype, a visual novel for Nintendo Switch was unveiled, titled Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club 6th Live! I love You ⇆ You love Me. Bushiroad Games will spearhead the game's production, expanding the franchise's reach.

The original series, which aired in the Fall of 2020, spanned thirteen episodes and captured fans' hearts. It was made available in the West by Crunchyroll and Funimation. A second thirteen-episode season followed in Spring 2022, further solidifying its status. The entire project draws inspiration from the smartphone game Love Live! School Idol Festival ALL STARS.
