In 1984 the adventure of Dragon ball. Akira Toriyama, who started the work on Dr. Slump wrote a manga about martial arts and was heavily inspired by the Chinese world and the adventures of the legendary character of Son Goku. Although the manga is published under a single title, the anime has been split into two parts.
The first series was simply titled Dragon ball and revolved around the beginning of Goku's journey to conclude the battle with Piccolo at the 23rd Tenkaichi Tournament. The second part, titled Dragon Ball Z, represented a significant change instead and presented itself with Goku, who is an adult and now a father and who was forced over time to face increasingly strong enemies and to discover his extraterrestrial past.
Dragon Ball Z contains many epic sagas including that of the Saiyans and Freeza's, who practically obscured the beauty of the first cartoon series. However, many fans on Twitter in the past few days have chosen to pay homage to the story of the first phase, some of which are even better than the next. Below the messages is a list of tweets that vented those feelings.
In your opinion it is beautiful Dragon Ball or Dragon Ball Z.? Meanwhile, the story of the Saiyan continues in the Dragon Ball Super Manga.
Every now and then I think about how many things that happen in Dragon Ball Z lose their effect if you haven't seen Dragon Ball, but a lot of people skip Dragon Ball because they think it doesn't matter. Makes me sad pic.twitter.com/rhvFlD3d0r

Original Dragon Ball is wonderful. I think the King Piccolo bow has the best realization of the kind of hero Goku is supposed to be. For Goku, this bow is a story of revenge, not a salvation in world history. His only goal is to avenge krillin and roshi. Saving the world is just a side benefit.

I've just reread the Dragon Ball manga and it really makes the events of early Z a lot more impactful knowing what's going on in Dragon Ball. Plus, it has some of the best fights in the series.

My son and I say that all the time. Dragon Ball is my least favorite in the franchise, but I think it's important because it shows how many of Goku's relationships have emerged with his friends and friends who were enemies.

I feel that! Say it again for the people in the back row! My cousins ββtried going straight to Z and Super without seeing the OG and I literally had to force them to see DB and even gave them access to my Hulu so they could! And they loved it!

Yeah, but sucks to think of it as "not important" to new viewers of the entire series. The whole reason I love Dragonball so much was from the original story from the first part of Dragonball to the early days.
not to mention that it was charming and had some life.- Lemonadepikachu (Mike β’) (@lemonadepikachu) August 6, 2020
