It was September 2008 when Lelouch’s story came to an end. The universe of Code Geasswhich boasted in the design of the famous manga group CLAMP, has continued to exist in a manga adaptation and in several light novels and is set to return after many years in a new story by Kohei Azano, according to a recent report.
Former author of Black Blood Brothers and the story of Tokyo Ravens, Azano took part in a publishing project to bring Code Geass back to market. In fact, the light novel is scheduled for release in March 2023 Code Geass Arthur in the case file Misty Streets: Beginning, based on the story in the mobile game Code Geass Genesis Re;CODE. One of the game’s storylines takes place in London in the summer of 1887, the same setting Azano chose for the new novel.
Fans will follow Arthur Holmes and Conan Watson from the moment they first meet through to Holmes’ required collaboration to solve some mysteries in the capital. It is undoubtedly one Story far removed from what was seen in the original series by Code Geass, but which could introduce new readers to the universe created by Ichiro Okouchi and brought to the screen by director Goro Taniguchi.
