Cause Coronavirus i cinema, like many other businesses, have been closed. This resulted in the slippage of all animation outputs planned for this year, however we have entered phase two of the pandemic and the June 15 the government has called for the reopening of cinemas across Italy.

Therefore what will they be animated films that had already been announced for this 2020 and what should we see as soon as possible on the big screen?

  • Lupine III - The First
Feature film that was scheduled for February 27, 2020 and, although the first took place regularly, due to quarantine, production was canceled and postponed until a later date. Even today we await news from the distributor Koch Media.

  • My Hero Academia: Heroes Rising
One of the most anticipated animated films. Expected originally from March 19 to 25, was sent back to a generic May. It is not known when, but we are confident of receiving news from Nexo Digital.

  • Doraemon: Nobita discovering the Moon
He should have gone out into the first half of 2020, immediately after the broadcast of Lupine III. Obviously the exit will slip, since we are still waiting for an official date for Lupine.

  • Hello world
The original launch window chosen for this film was for on 9, 10 and 11 March 2020. Following the blockade he was sent back to 4, 5 and 6 May 2020. Currently, however, Koch Media has not confirmed anything in this regard.

  • Ride Your Wave
Expected for the April 20, 21 and 22, with the postponement of My Hero Academia it is very likely that it will be postponed to July.

  • Her Blue Sky
Feature film announced simultaneously with Hello World, was due to come out on May 11 with a special three-day screening. It is likely that the release will take a few months.

  • Seven Days War
The film was intended for a generic "summer" for this reason, not yet having a certain date, it is fair to think it will delay a few months.

  • FATE / STAY NIGHT Heaven’s Feel III. Spring Song
The latest film from the Fate series he did not yet have an official release date in Italy. In Japan, due to blockade, the launch window has been continuously postponed, the last time at 25 April, but after the last events it has been definitively postponed until date to be assigned. Beyond that, however, Anime News Network marks the Italian release date July 21. Obviously confirmations are to be expected.

  • To Whisker Away
Actually the exit in our country it has never been widespread. In Japan the June 5, but by surprise Netflix announced the simultaneous publication worldwide on June 18, skipping the film screening.

We certainly can't complain. It will be a year full of new titles. We only hope to see them as soon as possible so as to embrace a semblance of normality.
