Genryūsai Shigekuni Yamamoto is the leader of the Shinigami. The Elder sitting on the top seat of Gotei 13 is a fighter who hasn’t been seen in action very often and always in difficult conditions, but now it could be his turn thanks to the anime Bleach: Thousand Years of Blood Warwho left Japan in the past few hours.

The captain of the Gotei 13 appeared in the first episode of the anime. While Ichigo, Uryu and the others counteract the hollows that have appeared in Karakura, something is also happening in Soul Society.
