Based on the original planning of the Japan Racing Association (JRA), Aniplex cooperated in animation production and in studios Lay-Duce You were responsible for the animation. Satoshi Ishino ((Date a live, Ralease the Spyce) was responsible for the direction of animation.

In addition, the four-piece rock band has ASIAN KUNG-FU GENERATION, which celebrates its 25th anniversary next year, provided the title track with his 2003 debut song "Mirai no Kakera". The leader of the band, Kensuke day care center, mentioned: "I am very happy that our first single “Mirai no Kakera” after 17 years is being used in this way. The wonderful animation and song came together to make a great final product.
