Inuyasha is half a demon that during the series he sees his human and demonic side struggling inside.
These two sides are in the Inuyasha Cosplay created by Skei_xwho shared the photo below a few weeks ago. The two sides of the protagonist are separated by a katana: on the left is the white side, the most famous and well-known of the character, on the right the black and human side. Everything is surrounded by the red dress that the character always wears in the manga and anime.
