Rei Hiroe is currently working on 341 Sentoudan, a series that began in Shogakukan magazine a few years ago. But the mangaka is actually known for bringing the manga to the general public Black lagoon.
Paused for some time and with a few chapters to be published in recent years, it remains a work that receives a great deal of affection from the public. The Lagoon Company, a gang of mercenaries that take care of a wide variety of jobs, consists of several members who have caught the attention of readers and viewers. The co-star, but also the front man of the manga and the most famous face, is that cynical and ruthless mercenary Revy.
She is the only woman in this group of mercenaries and also has a very dark past. She is of Chinese descent and was recently modeled by Australian cosplayer Anya Kimochi of oriental descent. For this we see in the numerous photos and videos below a Revy cosplay from Black Lagoon: Gun, cigarette, inevitably long purple hair gathered in a ponytail and then mostly very reduced clothing.
The Adventures of Black Lagoon are available on Netflix thanks to the anime that was produced by Madhouse years ago.
