Last June, Square Enix announced that the 2007 video game "The World Ends With You" will receive an anime adaptation entitled "The World Ends With You: The Animation." Today five months later A strange countdown appeared on the series' official website, with a notice of midnight on Monday 23 November.

For now, it's impossible to say what will be revealed on the 23rd at midnight, but given the importance of the announcement It is reasonable to expect some information about the anime's release time, currently set for the generic 2021. In addition, the information about the series has so far been rather sparse.

Square Enix had started an initial countdown immediately after the presentation on June 25th, with a deadline set for the following week. At the end of the countdown, the company had released the first official trailer of the anime, so in the worst case scenario, we'll still have the opportunity to see the progress of the work. Below is the link to access the website.
