From the literary universe of Andrzej Sapkowski, the software house CD Projekt Red breathed life into the cult video game The witcher, Trilogy that tells the story of Geralt of Rivia. The Witcher: Nightmare of the Wolf comes out later this month and is the big bet from Netflix, which is already responsible for the live-action series expected for the second season. This new anime, developed by Studio Mir, responsible for The Legend of Korra or Voltron: Legendary Defender, delves into the past to tell the story of Vesemir, the mentor of the legendary witcher Geralt.
To make the wait easier, the Netflix Geeked Twitter account released a new preview clip in which Vesemir trains the next generation of witchers. Before battling the brutal supernatural beings that populate the world of terror, the sorcerers must actually undergo grueling exercises. “Here we offer you strength, purpose and respect“says Vesemir solemnly while scolding one of his young students.
