On the official Twitter account for the anime adaptation of the manga by Ryousuke Takeuchi and illustrated by Hikaru Miyoshi, Yuukoku no MoriartyIt was announced that the first part of the project will end with the broadcast of the eleventh episode.

The announcement also revealed that the voice actor Hiroki Yasumoto He will join the cast as Mycroft Holmes, Sherlock Holmes' older brother.

The series has aired since October 11th (the eleventh episode will air on December 20th) and is confirmed with a total of 24 episodes. The second part, which covers episodes 12 to 24, will premiere in April 2021. Eventually, Takeuchi and Miyoshi started publishing the manga in the magazine. Yuukoku no Moriarty Synopsis

The protagonist of the story is James Moriarty, the famous antagonist from the Sherlock Holmes series by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. In the manga, he is an orphan who takes the name William James Moriarty when he and his younger brother join the Moriarty family. As an adult, he seeks to eliminate the evils caused by England's strict class system.
