The distributor Animate published the distribution information for the Blu-ray compilation packages of the animated adaptation of the manga, written and illustrated by Wakame Konbu, Jahy-sama wa Kujikenai! (The great Jahy will not be defeated!). The information confirmed that the series will have a total of twenty episodes.
- Package 1 (episodes 1 to 4) – 22.12.2021.
- Package 2 (episodes 5 to 8) – January 26, 2022.
- Package 3 (episodes 9-12) – February 23, 2022.
- Package 4 (episodes 13-16) – March 23, 2022.
- Package 5 (episodes 17-20) – April 27, 2022.
The series premieres in Japan on July 31st and runs over two arcs (six months). while the platform Crispy roll takes care of the spread in the west. Konbu started publishing the manga through the magazine Monthly Gangan Joker from the publisher Square enix in August 2017. The publisher published the sixth anthology in April 2020, followed by the seventh on June 22nd in Japan.

Summary of Jahy-sama wa Kujikenai!
Once respected as the second highest authority in the demon realm, the adjutant of the demon king Jahy ruled her subjects out of fear. But when a magical girl attacks and destroys a mystical gemstone with massive power, the demon realm is destroyed.
Although she survived, Jahy has lost almost all of her strength and finds herself in the human world with a childlike appearance. In order to collect more mystical gemstones so that he can permanently restore both his original shape and the demon realm, Jahy must adjust to his new life and grapple with everyday problems that he has never experienced before.
