On the official site for the animated adaptation of the light novels Tatoeba Last dungeon Mae no Mura no Shounen ga Joban no Machi by Kurasu Youna Monogatari ((Suppose a kid from recent dungeon boonies moved to a starter town?) the cover and contents of the project’s first compiled Blu-ray tape were revealed.
This first compilation pack will be released in Japan on April 28th at a price of 7,800 yen (approximately $ 75). It will contain episodes four to six of this adaptation, plus audio commentary from the voice acting and a 32-page short novel written and illustrated by the upstream authors.
The series has aired in Japan since January 4th and has been confirmed with a total of twelve episodes. The worldwide transmission takes place in the hands of the platform Funimation. Finally, Toshio Satou Y. Nao Watanuki began the publication of the light novels through the publishing house label GA Bunko from the publisher SB Creative in February 2017.

- Migmi makes his directorial debut on this project in the studios EYE FILMS.
- Makoto Iino ((Reikenzan: Hoshikuzu-tachi no Utage) is responsible for the character design.
- Hitomi Mieno ((3D Kanojo: Real girl, Akagami no Shirayuki-hime, Hige wo Soru. Soshite Joshikousei wo Hirou.) is responsible for writing and monitoring the scripts.
- Jin Aketagawa directs the sound during Michiru ((Given, Honzuki no Gekokujou: Shisho ni Naru Zahm ni wa Shudan wo Erandeiraremasen) composes the soundtrack.
Tatoeba Last Dungeon Synopsis
Long ago the ancient saviors of mankind established a village as a refuge, and it is said that their descendants would help mankind in times of extreme chaos. This city, Kunlun, is right next to the infamous “Last Dungeon”, a place where monsters of unimaginable strength live and which serves as a hunting ground for the residents of Kunlun.
Although Lloyd Belladonna has been used to defeating powerful enemies since childhood, he is considered the weakest in his village in terms of magic, strength and intelligence. To fulfill his wish to become a soldier, he goes to the Kingdom of Azami to enroll at its military academy. As someone whose upbringing is contrary to common sense, Lloyd’s innate power could prove to be the key to ending the crises engulfing the kingdom!
