Studio Ghibli, Hayao Miyazaki needs your help to finish his latest film

The legendary Studio Ghibli artist has brought some of these to life with a whimsical drawing to wish you a Happy New Year greatest films in the world of animation and beyond with works drawn entirely by hand and seems to do so throughout his life.

It means that Miyazaki It takes the right tools to keep drawing, and it does Studio Ghibli asks for help to locate one of their favorite tools (now out of production) by the director.

Studio Ghibli sent thoseAppeal on Twitter A few days earlier. Here, the official site asked fans if they knew where to find or repair an electric tire like the ones Miyazaki usually uses.

“The perfect electric tire that Miyazaki loved so much, that he used for many years, just didn’t make it,” the tweet reads. “It’s no longer made. It doesn’t use batteries and charges with a cradle instead of a cable. Is there anything you can do? If anyone knows of such an electric tire, let us know!”

As you can imagine, fans were quick to send help to Studio Ghibli. Some fans have noted similar models from years ago. And one fan even found it a precisely used version of Miyazaki’s electric tires which is now sold. It is unknown if Studio Ghibli purchased the item, but if so then we wish Miyazaki and his new instrument all the best.

Miyazaki came out of retirement a few years ago to work on his latest film for Studio Ghibli, How Do You Live, which could be completed in the fall. But the artist needs his gum for this, so if you can get Miyazaki this tool, let him know as soon as possible.
