The release of the first volume in the new series dedicated to Marvel’s weaving mill, WEB from Spider-Man represents a significant moment in the great universe of the House of Ideas. In fact, the tape, although part of a secondary release, featured a character who appeared in one of the MCU films.

At the base of the story told by Kevin Shinick With the eye-catching designs by Alberto Albuquerque, there is a new group formed by Tony Stark, called the Worldwide Engineering Brigade. Founded by the brightest youngsters from across the Marvel Universe, Spider-Man was also featured Moon Girl, Squirrel Girl, Wakanda genius Onome and Harley Keener.

Many of you will surely have noticed a certain familiarity in the surname than the little one Harley first appeared in Iron Man 3, and later in the blockbuster Avengers: Endgame. In the comic, Keener is the same age as his film colleague, and from the start he seems to have a particular dislike for Peter and firmly says that be Stark’s protΓ©gΓ©.

Author Shinick managed to create a fresh, fun story and partially establish what could become a full-fledged one in the future. Continuity with the events of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Below are the different versions released for the first volume of WEB by Spider-Man, including the variant cover signed by the famous Mark Bagley.

Remember, Marvel will be celebrating 10 years of Miles Morales with plenty of editorial initiatives, and we’re leaving with the return of the black costume in Symbiote Spider-Man: Crossroads.
