As previously announced, the franchise is from Shingeki no Kyojin (attack on Titan) held a major event in Japan titled "Shingeki no Kyojin: The Final Season - Special Event 2022". The first part consisted of a symphony concert, but the second part contained the news that brings us together today.

During the above event, a new promotional image for the third part of the anime was unveiled. Shingeki no Kyojin: The Final Seasonwhich confirms that its premiere is scheduled for 2023. It should be noted that this third part is listed as "the last", that is, the one that will definitively close the anime adaptation of the popular manga hajime isayama.

The final season's anime adaptation has accumulated a total of twenty-eight episodes to date, sixteen of which aired in the season Winter 2021 (January-March) and the other twelve exhibited in Winter 2022 (January-March). For his part, Isayama started publishing the manga in the magazine Bessatsu Shonen Magazine from the publisher kodansha in September 2009 and completed it in April 2021, the work being compiled into thirty-four volumes in all.

Summary of Shingeki no Kyojin: The Final Season

Gabi Braun and Falco Grice have trained their entire lives to inherit one of the Seven Titans under Marley's control and help their nation wipe out the Eldians on Paradis. But just when everything seems fine for the two cadets, their peace is suddenly shattered by the arrival of Eren Yeager and the remaining members of the Recon Corps. After finally making it down to the Yeager family's basement and learning about the dark history surrounding the Titans, the Recon Corps has finally found the answer they've been fighting so desperately for. With the truth in their hands, the group made their way to the world beyond the walls. In this final season, two vastly different worlds collide as each side pursues their own agenda to achieve the long-awaited conclusion to Paradis' struggle for freedom.
