The success achieved through Re: Zero Starting Life in another worldMainly due to the manga adaptation and animated implementation of the material narrated in the light novels, Tappei has made Nagatsuki one of the best light novel writers of the isekai genre and recently amazed fans by talking about some of the following manga.

As stated in the post that you can find at the bottom of the page shared by user @newworldartur, Tappei has revealed to Nagatsuki what he is three favorite series published in Weekly Shonen Jump. There are few works that manage to achieve such an important showcase as the flagship magazine published by Shueisha, and even fewer that manage to survive the first few weeks and sustain long-term serialization.

Of the multiple works currently being published in the magazine, Nagatsuki admitted that he preferred three. The first is ONE PIECEthe manga of the records signed by Eiichiro Oda now being projected onto the Mugiwara’s latest adventure followed by Jujutsu Kaisen by Gege Akutami, recently reached a turning point by revealing Kenjaku’s true goals. The final work considered by Nagatasuki to be one of Shonen Jump’s best is the original Akane Banashi, also endorsed by Oda, which takes readers into the curious world of the Japanese theater genre called rakugo.
