A great trainer from the Sinnoh region is ready to return to the stage in episode 77 of Pokémon Explorations, slated to release in Japan next August 20th. The rest of the anime isn’t new to big returns and last-minute surprises. and this time it is the turn of a former rival of Ash Ketchum, ready to fight again.
As you can see below we’re talking about Volkner alias Corrado, the Arena City Arena Leader introduced in Pokémon Diamond and Pearl. The trainer made his debut in episode 156 of the anime series and after defeating Ash for the first time, he was beaten by Infernape, who after a tough fight, managed to defeat Luxray by telling his trainer the Brought lighthouse medal and entry into the Sinnoh League.
Corrado is featured in episode 77 of Pokémon Explorations entitled “Electromagnetic battle for the hyper class!“, and will challenge Ash to climb the rankings of the Pokémon World Cup. We remind you that the tournament divides the several thousand participants into four groups: Normal class (Basic course), Super great (Placements from 999th to 100th place), Hyper class (from 99th to 9th) e Master class (Top 8) and that the top eight are fighting for the title of the best manager in the world.
Ash and Corrado will therefore return on August 20th to challenge each other, in an emotional episode in which Ash has to prove how far he has come since the last time we met. The recap doesn’t reveal many details about the challenge right now, but it has been confirmed that Fan Rotom, Luxray, and Electivire will appear in the episode for Corrado and Pikachu, Lucario and Gengar for Ash.
And what do you think of this challenge? They are interested? Let us know in the comments! In the meantime, we remind you that in Pokémon Explorations, a historical travel companion of Ash recently returned to the stage and that the two legendary Pokémon of Diamente and Pearl are about to appear.
Volkner meets with Ash in Sunyshore City. And a 3v3 Pokèmon Hyper Class Championship Battle.
