Ash Ketchum ended his journey by speaking about the importance of being a true master Pokemon, leaving the baton of the protagonists to two young trainers from the unexplored region of Paldea. Let’s learn more about Liko and Roy’s adventure in the first trailer of the series Pokémon Horizons: The Series.

The April 14, 2023 Set in the vast universe, the new anime era will officially begin, imbued with pocket monsters born in 1996 from the mind of Satoshi Tajiri. There is therefore very little left before embarking on a new journey and given the determination shown by the authors who wanted to change the narrative structure in Pokémon: Explorations and the addition of two very important artifacts related to the Protagonists that we can expect from the first episodes a very different experience than Ash.

In the trailer shown at the bottom of the page, you immediately notice the attention Liko’s jewel is given, likely inherited from the voiceover of how she grew up with her little Sprigatito and how she’s going to wish Unravel the mysteries of the Pokémon world. Similarly, alongside his Fuecoco, Roy will set off to discover himself with the original Poké Ball already shown in the character design.

One also catches our eye from the trailer first meeting between Liko and Amethyo, leader of the new team of antagonists, and with Friede and Captain Pikachu, but without showing how the two protagonists will find themselves in this journey. As usual, we await your thoughts on the trailer in the comments.

Before we say goodbye, let’s remember that Game Freak and Nintendo registered the symbol that appeared on Captain Pikachu’s hat.
