The latest anime series dedicated to the brand created by Satoshi Tajiri in 1996, Pokémon exploration took us to the Galar region featured in the Pokémon Sword and Shield video games, where Ash and Pikachu met Gou.
Over the course of the episodes, we've seen the development ofFriendship between Ash and GouWith both coaches determined to establish themselves on the competitive scene and in the Galar League, it's not hard to imagine that the two would often fight each other to hone their skills.
Episode 32 showed us a new opening that showed a collision sequence between the two trainers. Here we see Ash using Pikachu to attack something It will likely be Gou's next companion, the Pokémon Aerodactyl. We know that Ash himself managed to obtain the famous first generation fossil in the past, but it is very unlikely that he "loaned" it to Gou for training.
As you can see in the post below on the news shared by @TheScarHero, let's see an aerdoactyl ready to face the lightning thrown by Pikachu. What took fans by surprise, however, was the lack of Aerodactyl on Ash and Gou's teams, which could be seen in the final frames of the opening.
We remind you that Pokémon Explorations will be arriving in Italy soon and let you preview the next episodes.
Wait, why is there a random Aerodactyl ?! Will Gou catch one in the future? 🧐 #anipoke pic.twitter.com/0DAQ98EaFn
