After the Pokémon Explorations 80 Mew Project's special mission, Ash, Go and Chloe are approached by a shady figure. Abel, who moved from the Kalos region to the Kanto region, is a Pokémon maniac of blue color, a “BluePokéManiac”, as he likes to define himself.
At the sight of the teams of the protagonists, Abel goes mad with joy. In fact, Ash and Go have several blue-colored Pokémon such as Lucario, Inteleon or Heracross. But to get Abel's attention, this is a very rare example of Voltorb shiny. At this point, the mysterious newcomer invites the trio into the world of Bluekatsu, an activity center for blue Pokémon.
