The new anime from Pokemon, which will be released on April 14, 2023, will feature many changes, including the replacement of Ash as the protagonist. As Ketchum prepares to welcome fans to the Aim to Be a Pokémon Master Pokémon series, interesting news has been revealed about the character of Roy and a new central object in the adventure.
For now, only a little bit of information about the characters’ story and background has been shared. Liko, who some say is related to Ash Ketchum, appears to be originally from the Kanto region and possesses a very special pendant that could play an important role in the early parts of the adventure. A poster also confirmed the appearance of a Rayquaza Shiny during the first few episodes of the series, and a final, short trailer was officially unveiled Roy’s character design and an unreleased type of Pokéball.
The post reported at the bottom of the page states that the original sphere, marked by two gems or buttons, one blue and one red, it will strain the fate of Roy himself. Both protagonists already have to solve an important puzzle during their journey together with Sprigatito, Fuecoco, Quaxly and many other Pokémon from the Paldea region and all previously known nations.
What do you think of the inclusion of the mysterious component associated with objects so relevant to the characters’ story? Did the design of the new ball convince you? Let us know in the comments section. Finally, here is the first official synopsis of the anime and the first details of a manga that will kick off the series.
