Wano’s arch got Manga readers too ONE PIECE Discover the dreams of Kozuki Oden and a very young whitebeard. This youthful version is the protagonist of a collectible statue from Banpresto.

When ONE PIECE fans met Whitebeard, they met an elderly pirate who tried to look after his subordinates like they were his real family. Though age wasn’t in his favor, Whitebeard still proved himself one of the most powerful pirates, respected and feared of all seas. But in Wano’s story arc, looking back led us to relive his youth.

The story of Edward Newgate, Whitebeard’s real name, came about during one Review of the life of Kozuki Oden. At first, Newgate did not want the samurai among his crew and ordered him to swim behind his ship for several days. Upon completing this arduous task, Kozuki entered Whitebeard’s ranks to later join Gol D. Roger.

Though it was brief, the teenage version of Whitebeard will star in the new one Figures from Banpresto. Young Newgate stands proud in this collector’s statue, showing all his confidence and strength.
