For us ONE PIECE fans 21 years have passed since the beginning of the story, but for Luffy, Zoro and his companions time has passed a little more slowly. However, there were changes from the Baltic Sea saga to the Wano saga, although for many of you some of them will likely have gone unnoticed.
On Reddit user Xenowith1o focused on Luffy’s incredible physical development, has changed dramatically in just over two years, as has the rest of the crew. The protagonist has continued to train, struggle and learn without stopping, and the visible picture below shows the fruits of all the efforts he has made.
In the course of the current narrative arc, the country of Wano, Luffy has reached new heights and pushed himself beyond his limits to gain the strength needed to defeat Kaido, which will undoubtedly be the toughest fight yet. At the end of ONE PIECE, not much is missing, at most a narrative or two, and it will certainly be interesting to find out how the hero will evolve.
