Years have passed since the Battle of Marineford in which Luffy lost his brother Ace. An event that shocks the protagonist of ONE PIECE but it also forced him to improve. And along that path, these training sessions have been essential as now the end of his adventure is in sight.
The first phase of ONE PIECE’s final arc has begun in Egghead, and many mysteries are coming to light. in dr Vegapunk’s lab will die Spoiler of ONE PIECE 1065, a chapter full of surprises. It all starts with a full color cover and opening page dedicated to ONE PIECE Film: RED by Eiichiro Oda. The story then begins with the Mugiwara being invited into the lab by Vegapunk Lilith.
This is where the group meets Seraphim Jinbe, who immediately attacks her with laser beams and various fishman karate moves. Nami, Sanji, Usopp, Robin, and Franky fight while the Vegapunks monitor the situation. The forms of Vegapunk Edison, Pythagoras and York are clearly visible, but most notably those of the first ghost Shaka, who reveals that Egghead is actually a place of the past given the Old Kingdom technology there. And right after these words, at the end of the chapter, Luffy and his three companions come across the carcass of what is clearly an ancient looking robot.
