Written on the official site for the anime adaptation of the light novels by Shobonnu and illustrated by Sogawa, Noumin Kanren no Skill Bakka Agetetara Naze ka Tsuyoku Natta (Somehow I got strong by improving skills related to farming) the project’s first promotional video was unveiled. The video confirms production details and reveals that the premiere is slated for next October in Japan.

Shobonnu and Sogawa began publishing the light novels through the publisher Futabasha published in April 2018 with five volumes so far. A manga adaptation of Aki Taruto will be published via the magazine Monster Comics out of Futabasha since April 2018. The publisher released the seventh volume in July 2021, followed by the eighth on February 26 in Japan.
