On the official page for the tenth anniversary of the director’s animation project Kunihiko Ikuhara, Mawaru penguin drumA promotional video was released for the first film in the film project Re: cycle of the penguin drum. The video heralds new members of the production team, returning speakers, and the release of the first film titled April 29, 2022 Re: Cycle of the penguin drum: Kimi no Ressha wa Seizon Senryaku. The film project will reissue all 24 episodes of the original anime, but also add new sequences and new characters.
The original 24-episode anime was produced by the studios Brain base, Headed by Kunihiko Ikuhara (Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon Dir: The Movie, Sarazanmai, Shoujo Kakumei Utena) and self-written scripts in collaboration with Takayo ikami (Isekai Cheat Magician, Mahou Shoujo Site, Yuri Kuma Arashi). The series originally premiered in July 2011.

For the Takakura family, fate is a constantly turning wheel that passionately points in their direction with joy and sadness before moving on to the next wish-maker.
