On the official page for the anime adaptation of the manga Kobayashi-san Chi is not a Maid Dragon (Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maiden) it was announced that the franchise has a special event scheduled for December 26th at Nakano Zero Large Hall in Tokyo. Voice actors will take part in the event Mutsumi Tamura (Kobayashi), Yuuki kuwahara (Tohru), Maria Naganawa (Kanna kamui), Yuuki takada (Elma), Minami takahashi (Lucoa) Yes Tomomi Mineuchi (Illu) and are also transmitted via a paid application.
The second season is officially called as Kobayashi-san Chi no Maid Dragon S and it premiered in Japan on July 7th, with twelve episodes and with Crispy roll responsible for sales in the west. Kobayashi-san Chi no Maid Dragon Synopsis
When Kobayashi went to work one more day, she opened the door to her apartment and found an unusually terrifying image: the head of a dragon staring at her from the balcony. The dragon instantly transforms into a pretty, busty and energetic young woman in a maid outfit who introduces herself as Tohru. It turned out that the stoic programmer had met the dragon the night before on a drunken trip through the mountains, and since the mythical beast had nowhere else to go, she had offered the creature a place to stay in her house. So Tohru had come to take advantage of the offer, ready to reciprocate her Savior’s kindness by working as her personal servant.
Though he deeply regrets his words and is reluctant to keep his promise, a mixture of guilt and Tohru’s incredible dragon skills persuade Kobayashi to take the girl in. Although extremely efficient at her job, the unorthodox methods of domestic help Kobayashi often end up in terrible ways, and sometimes bring him more trouble than help. In addition, the circumstances of the dragon’s arrival on Earth seem a lot more complicated than it first appears, as Tohru brings with it some severe emotions and painful memories. As if that wasn’t enough, Tohru’s presence eventually draws other mythical beings into their new home, causing many eccentric personalities to emerge. Although Kobayashi is doing her best to deal with the insane situation she finds herself in, nothing has prepared her for this new life with a dragon maiden.
