The first season of Jujutsu Kaisen was a huge success for Studio MAPPA, which has continued to cement itself in the anime production landscape. However, Gege Akutami’s manga still has a lot to tell, and July will be the time for that Jujutsu Kaisen season 2the second part of the story.
During Anime Japan 2023 there will be a panel from Studio MAPPA where the animators will showcase everything they are doing with their many anime. Of course, Jujutsu Kaisen cannot be missing and, above all, what will be the first narrative arc of the next phase. However, in these hours other thematic content is already coming out, such as the official character design of Suguru Geto and Satoru Gojo, the two main protagonists of the next episodes.
However, a few hours before the start of Anime Japan 2023, the production also released the Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 Key Visual, with the young Satoru Gojo and Suguru Geto in the middle, in the Tokyo Institute of Occult Arts uniform, visibly light-hearted compared to the current more adult versions. In this image with a world being destroyed, three other characters can be seen, two of which are extremely important: the first, seen on the right in a comfortable mid-air pose, is Toji Zenin, while on the left he stands the Girl who seems to fall is young Riko Amanai.
