in addition, Gege akutami began publishing the manga in the magazine Weekly shonen jump from the publisher Shueisha in March 2018. The piece inspired an anime adaptation that was released during the Fall 2021 season (October-December) and ended with a total of 24 episodes produced by the studios. MAPPA Headed by Seong Hu Park (Garo: Alignment Line, the god of high school) and scripts written by Hiroshi seko (Ajin, Dorohedoro, Inuyashiki). The production of an animated film will premiere in cinemas in Japan on December 24th.

Jujutsu Kaisen Summary

The high school student Yuuji Itadori, who idly pursues paranormal activities with the Occult Club, spends his days in the club room or hospital visiting his bedridden grandfather. However, this leisurely lifestyle soon takes a turn for the whimsical when he unknowingly comes across a cursed object. Yuuji triggers a chain of supernatural events and is suddenly thrust into the world of curses, terrible beings formed from human malice and negativity, after swallowing the object that turns out to be the finger of the demon Sukuna Ryoumen, the "King of Curses "revealed".

Yuuji experiences firsthand the threat these curses pose to society as he discovers his own newly acquired powers. Presented at the Tokyo Metropolitan Technical College of Magic, he begins to walk a path he cannot return from: the path of a jujutsu wizard.
