Gege Akutami has embarked on the path of the Annihilation Game, an event involving all of Japan. Warlocks of the present and the past create battle after battle in the various colonies and bring a story arc to life Jujutsu Kaisen full of action and surprises.
The protagonists have split into the different colonies to secure them and get as many points as possible without having to face each other. Yuji Itadori and Megumi Fushiguro were in Tokyo 1 while Hakari and Panda took over in Tokyo 2, Yuta Okkotsu in Sendai, while Maki and Noritoshi Kamo in Sakurajima. And with the latter ended a wave of battles: the birth of Toji Zenin’s legacy closes the arc of Sakurajima.
With Jujutsu Kaisen 199 we return to Tokyo, one of the pivotal points of the saga of the game of annihilation. After a long time, Yuji Itadori and Megumi Fushiguro meet again: the two protagonists, especially the first one, were not shown in the manga for many months. In fact, Yuji’s last appearance dates back to the end of last year, which took place during the clash with Higuruma.
Finally, in this chapter 199, Yuji returns then with the protagonist, who, however, finds himself between a rock and a hard place for the umpteenth time due to the last contract made.
