A great surprise in the panorama of anime feature films, after the extraordinary success of Demon Slayer: Mugen Train, it was the prequel film of Akutami's work, Jujutsu Kaisen 0. With the end of the screening in Japanese cinemas nearing its end, even Yuta's voice actor wanted to give his opinion on the reception.
Thanks to the release of the series and film, the following of readers and viewers interested in Jujutsu Kaisen has increased dramatically, and while it was difficult to replace Yuji Itadori in the title role, Yuta Okkotsu the company seems to have succeeded.
The story told in the film has indeed captured millions of fans just days after the film pulled from theaters Megumi Ogata, voice actor of the protagonist he declared: "It's been more than five months since Jujutsu Kaisen 0 debuted, but I'm still amazed at how many people are watching it. The gratitude I feel is so great that I cannot even put it into words.”
