There’s definitely a lot missing from the Hunter x Hunter ending. Despite the meeting between Gon and his father, the story had many subplots that had yet to be closed, some of which were related to Kurapika and the Genei Ryodan. And it is no coincidence that the member of the Kuruta clan is the protagonist of the recent events of Hunter X Hunter.

Now everything is on hold, however Yoshihiro Togashi returns with some new Hunter x Hunter chapters. Of course, the events of the ship will still be protagonists. At the moment Togashi has completed chapter 397 and is concentrating on 398, obviously all in relation to the drafts and not the final manuscript.

For the past few days, the mangaka has continued to update readers daily via his brand new Twitter account, showing off a page or even two a day. However, the surprise came today, June 15, when Togashi showed four sides of Hunter x Hunter 398. Below are the pages from the past few days, with some giving concrete clues as to what’s happening to keep the excitement high for when the regular release on Weekly Shonen Jump will take place.

In the last few days, however, the wait time before seeing Kurapika and the other hunters in action has reduced.
