On the official site for the anime adaptation of the manga, written and illustrated by Akane Shimizu, Hataraku Saibouwho have favourited sales information for the second season Blu-ray / DVD compilation volumes, entitled Hataraku Saibou !! (with two exclamation marks). The information confirms that the series will have eight episodes.

  • Volume 1 (Volume 1) - February 3, 2021.
  • Volume 2 (episodes 2 and 3) - March 3, 2021.
  • Volume 3 (episodes 4 to 6) - April 8, 2021.
  • Volume 4 (episodes 7 and 8) - May 12, 2021.

The premiere of this second season is planned for January 9, 2021 in Japan. The series will be broadcast parallel to the animated adaptation of the spin-off manga Hataraku Saibou Blackthat is produced by a different studio, but is broadcast consecutively in the same program block.

Shimizu, for his part, publishes the original manga in the magazine Shonen Sirius monthly from the publisher Kodansha since March 2015 and has inspired a significant number of spin-off series based on other cell types. After a two-year hiatus, the manga was resumed on October 26th.

  • The cast will play the opening song entitled β€œGo! Go! Saibou Festa! β€œWhile the musical duo ClariS the final topic entitled "Fight !!" play.

Synopsis of Hataraku Saibou
