In / Specter, the Brain's Base anime from Kyo Shirodaira's novel series, was recently renewed for a second season. Crunchyroll Italia celebrated the event by releasing the key visual available below and a new trailer that hit the news with lots of Italian subtitles.

""I wasn't expecting a second season of the anime so I'm honestly shocked"said the author to Crunchyroll,"I actually thought it was time to see Miss Iwanaga back in Reichenbach Falls, but apparently I just need to have a feast soon. Even if she falls into these cases, she will likely use a kappa or other to survive only to come back happy and content. I will continue to see our hopping and talkative Miss Iwanaga in the cartoon".

Akari KitoThe 26-year-old voice actress for protagonist Kotoko Iwanaga said she was extremely happy and excited to be able to wear the girl's shoes again. The actress has seen her career take off for the past two years after she cast her voice over to Nezuko Kamado Demon Hunter and in Tsukasa Tsukuyomi in Tonikawa: Fly me to the moonand now has the opportunity to play an extremely important role again.

In case you are unfamiliar with the work, we remind you that the summary of the anime is as follows: "Seventeen-year-old Kotoko is in a special situation. When she was little, she was kidnapped by ghosts named Yokai and returned without a leg or eye. Since then he has had the ability to communicate with beings from the beyond, both positively and dangerously. Kotoko is alone in this world until Kuro, the boy she has a crush on and who watches from afar, meets a yokai! As if being touched by the supernatural wasn't enough, the boy's life is a mess too".
