On the official site for the anime adaptation of the manga, written and illustrated by kazutomo ichitomo, Craftsman Saitou in another world (Benriya Saitou-san, Isekai ni Iku) the second promotional video for the project was unveiled. The video confirms that the premiere is scheduled for January 8, 2023 in Japan while the platform crispy roll takes care of the distribution in the West.

For his part, Ichitomo began publishing the manga through the digital service ComicWalker in 2018 while the publisher Kadokawa published the sixth anthology on January 21st. Ichitomo is also the author of other works such as "Mukasete! Ryuugasaki-san (Peel off your skin, Ryugasaki-san!)"Y"against earth“.

This otherworldly fantasy manga focuses on Saitou, an ordinary worker and craftsman who is reborn in another world. He forms a dungeon exploration party with Raelza, a beautiful and strong warrior; Morok, a powerful wizard who keeps forgetting to cast spells due to his senility; and Lafanpan, a kind but greedy fairy. Their experience as a mechanic comes in handy when they need to open a locked chest or repair their armor.
