Despite the subjects covered, it seems so Redo of Healer is more likely to be followed by female viewers, at least as reported by the main Japanese sales channels. Rui Tsukiyo, the work's author, shared the dates with her followers, saying she was "pleasantly surprised" and happy with the attention given to her work.

In Japan, Redo of Healer is broadcast on several networks including Tokyo MX, KBS Kyoto, AT-X, Sun TV and BS11. Each of these programs broadcasts the censored episodes in the afternoon and the uncensored episodes a few hours later with the subtitle "redo version" or "recovery version". The author wrote in her profile that "Surprisingly, the proportion of female viewers exceeds 50%" and that "the data was collected by analyzing the information contained in the subscriber profiles".

Redo of Healer has often been criticized in the West for portraying female characters, but it seems that audiences in Japan didn't rate the anime's content too harshly. For better or for worse, however The cartoon series has greatly increased sales of the mangaSo the author has more reasons to celebrate. Tsukiyo also said the future of work will be discussed during a panel at Anime Japan 2021 on March 27 at 9:00 a.m. (1:00 a.m. in Italy).
