On the official website of the multimedia franchise of Neon Genesis Evangelion it became known that the fourth and final part of the film project Rebuilding Evangelion, titled Evangelion: 3.0 + 1.0 three times at a time (Shin Evangelion Gekijouban: ||) there will be a new version. This new version entitled Evangelion: 3.0 + 1.01 three times at a time, will contain “minor revisions” of some animation sequences, but will have no story changes, and will debut in Japanese theaters on June 12, as the final series of general screenings of this film.
One million copies of a 36-page booklet called EVA-EXTRA-EXTRA. The brochure includes a cover of the anime Atsushi Nishigori and a manga with a prequel story by Evangelion: 3.0 You can (not) repeat.
Eventually, the film was released in Japanese theaters on March 8 and has amassed more than 8.6 billion yen (about $ 78.65 million) in cumulative revenue by May 30, making it the most successful of the two Neon Genesis Evangelion to like Hideaki anno. To date, it has not been released outside of Japan.

Neon Genesis Evangelion Synopsis
In 2015 the world is on the verge of destruction. Mankind’s last hope rests in the hands of NERV, a specialized agency under the command of the United Nations, and their Evangelions, giant robots capable of defeating the angels who herald the doom of the earth. Gendou Ikari, head of the organization, is looking for compatible pilots who can synchronize with the Evangelions and develop their true potential.
These defensive efforts are supported by the talented strategist Misato Katsuragi, head of tactical operations, and Ritsuko Akagi, chief scientist.
