On the official Twitter account for the multimedia project by Neon Genesis Evangelion the final promotional image for the film has been released Evangelion: 3.0 + 1.0 three times at a time, the last part of the film project Rebuilding Evangelion. The picture advertises the premiere of Evangelion: 3.0 + 1.01 three times at a time, the revised version of the feature film with revisions to the animation but no changes to the story, which will be released in Japan on June 12th.
Eventually, the film was released in Japanese theaters on March 8 and has amassed more than 8.6 billion yen (about $ 78.65 million) in cumulative revenue by May 30, making it the most successful of the two Neon Genesis Evangelion to like Hideaki anno. To date, it has not been released outside of Japan and no plans have been announced for it, not even for release in physical formats.

Neon Genesis Evangelion Synopsis
In 2015 the world is on the verge of destruction. Mankind’s last hope rests in the hands of NERV, a specialized agency under the command of the United Nations, and their Evangelions, giant robots capable of defeating the angels who herald the doom of the earth. Gendou Ikari, head of the organization, is looking for compatible pilots who can synchronize with the Evangelions and develop their true potential.
A talented strategist, Misato Katsuragi, Head of Tactical Operations, and Ritsuko Akagi, Chief Scientist, assist in these defense efforts.
