Almost three weeks separate fans from the Japanese premiere Dragon Ball Super: Superhero, scheduled for June 11th. A new picture of Piccolo was stolen from the network until the official appointment. Here’s a behind-the-scenes look at the Namek busy in sync room.
After the old glories Piccolo’s star will shine again in Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero, an anime film in which he will fight the Red Ribbon together with his student Gohan and perform a new powerful transformation. By the way, do you know that Piccolo is hiding a secret in Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero?
Produced by TOEI Animation, the film features a innovative 3DCG graphics style. To find out if this revolution fits Dragon Ball style, here’s a stolen image of Piccolo’s design.

The image shows Toshio Furukawa, Piccolo’s official voice, while the director is seated in the booth. Meanwhile, a still can be seen on the Namek that has never been released before. From this picture we can guess that the The voice cast is still working on the dubbing of the feature film. Super Hero isn’t officially ready for its debut yet, but it will be very soon. In the meantime, let’s enjoy this preview of the revolutionary 3DCG inherited from the movie.
