Demon Slayer – Kimetsu no Yaiba it is now a worldwide phenomenon. With the usual excellent work, Ufotable has managed to create an anime that has stayed in the story but is not finished yet and therefore opens up to other unreleased scenarios. The Demon Slayer Season 3 trailer has ushered in a new phase for the series, set to debut in 2023.

It will still be some time before the debut. In fact, Demon Slayer 3 will not be released until the spring season of Anime 2023, which is next April. So it will take another four months of abstinence to see the new adventures of Tanjiro and Nezuko, however there will be a special date to keep the fans company.

It has actually been announced that this will be the case produced the film Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba to the Village of Katana Smiths, will be released in Japanese cinemas in February 2023, two months before the broadcast of the new season, which will later arrive in the rest of the world with distribution by Crunchyroll. But what is the new Demon Slayer movie about?

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba to the village of katana smiths will focus on episodes 10 and 11 of the arc of the red light district, so the second part of the second season, which will be shown in the cinema with remixed music and in high image quality. Essentially, it’s an improvement on last two episodes of Demon Slayer Season 2.

What are these two episodes about? As those who have seen them will remember, they mainly focus on the final attack on Daki and Gyutaro, the two demon brothers, and on their past, closing an important circle that will lead Tanjiro to his new journey.
