The latest developments from Dragonball Super They opened the doors to new power-ups for the two protagonists, Goku and Vegeta, which they introduced into the sphere of the divine. In fact, it was Whis and Merus who helped Son make the Ultra Instinct his own, while the God of Destruction Beerus directly helped the Saiyajin Prince with the Ultra Ego.
Divine techniques are already part of the collective imagination of Dragon Ball, and inevitably even the Super Saiyan god is out of date in the face of the increasingly powerful villains introduced by Toyotaro and Akira Toriyama in the last chapters.
